Pike Lake & Rural Saskatchewan
New builds, renovations, and design & drafting based in Pike Lake, serving Vanscoy, Delisle, Saskatoon and the surrounding area — hire us for a single service or the whole project, start to finish.
What We Do
Every service below stands on its own. Hire us for one step, a few, or the whole project — whatever your build needs.
Custom, start-to-finish construction on your lot — from foundation to final finishing — built to your family's needs.
Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations that respect your budget, timeline, and daily life.
In-house design and drafting services that turn your ideas into permit-ready plans before a single wall goes up.
Turn unfinished square footage into livable space — family rooms, extra bedrooms, or a secondary suite.
One point of contact from permits to trades to inspections — clear communication and a schedule you can count on.
Millwork, trim, cabinetry, and the small details that separate a good build from a great one.
One Step, Or the Whole Build
Hire us for a single piece of your project or lean on us the whole way through — here's what that can look like.
We start with a conversation about your project — big or small — and figure out exactly what you need from us.
Need drawings only? We can deliver permit-ready plans and stop there. Ready to build? We carry the design straight into construction.
Hire us for one trade, one room, or the whole build — our crew and trusted partners get to work.
Whatever the scope, every project wraps with a final walkthrough and our workmanship backing it up.

@altonconstructioncoWho We Are
Alton Construction Ltd. is a rural residential contractor based in Pike Lake, Saskatchewan, built on a simple idea: handle every stage of a project — design, drafting, and construction — under one roof, so homeowners get a straight line from first idea to finished home.
Whether it's a full custom build, a renovation, or an addition, we bring the same standard of craftsmanship, clear communication, and respect for your budget and timeline to every job we take on across Pike Lake, Vanscoy, Delisle, Saskatoon, and the surrounding area.
Every service we offer can be hired on its own or combined — a set of drawings, a single build like a new garage or man shed, or one team handling everything start to finish. We scope each project to fit what you actually need.
